For a stay of 1 night that is cancelled within the 48hrs of the booking you will not receive a refund.
For a stay of 2 or more night that are cancelled within the 48hrs of the booking. You will be eligable for a refund for all night except the first night. Refunds will be proccessed within 7 days of the cancellation
Payments will not be processed any early than 48hr prior to booking
Any changes to bookings for rooms must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the booking for the first night from the credit card provided.
